Contacting the Customer Service Department
You can reach our customer service department by e-mail or telephone. We are available to answer phone calls during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm CST). If it is outside of business hours, you can send an e-mail to stores@allaccesstoday.com or aatcs@allaccesstoday.com.
Please only click submit ONE TIME when finalizing your order. Duplicate orders will be subject to normal Returns and Exchanges policy.
Paying with Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as payment for your order.
Please provide the “bill to” address EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING STATEMENT. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be declined or delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. If your credit card is declined during checkout, please verify that you have provided your billing information correctly. Multiple checkout attempts may cause your credit card company to place multiple authorization holds against your credit cards available credit line. Once you have submitted an order, your card will be automatically charged.

Processing an Order
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Your order will begin processing within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm CST.) Shipping transit time will be in addition to order processing time. We do not offer overnight / same day shipping and processing. You order should be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being processed.
Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.
If your item is backordered, you will be contacted as soon as we become aware of the item being out of stock.

How to Change Your Order
We process your orders rather quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing or calling us. If your order has not begun processing, we may be able to correct it. However if your order is in processing and cannot be stopped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. Please note: the order notes section is for requests only; you cannot add or change your order via the order notes section.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return an item within 60 days of the date of purchase for a partial refund. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return address below. All Access Today is not responsible for the cost of returning the item. No COD returns will be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened media products (CDs, DVDs, or videos). We also do not accept returns or exchanges on any wristband products due to copyright laws. Any return received after 60 days of purchase may be denied.
We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
Include a copy of your original packing slip, with a description of the reason for return.
If you’re returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
If you would like to exchange an item, please ship your item back to the address below. As soon as the item is received, you will be refunded less the shipping fees. The restocking fee will be waived, and you will be able to replace the order for the correct item.
If your package is returned marked undeliverable, refused or unclaimed, you will be refunded less shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days of receiving the item. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Sales Promotions/Coupon Codes
Customer must enter coupon code when entering their order. You can enter the coupon code when in your shopping cart below the subtotal. Once the order has been placed there are no refunds for the cost difference from the regular price to the sale price if the customer failed to enter the coupon code when placing their order.
Cancelling an Order
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it begins processing. If we are contacted immediately after the order is placed, we will do our best to cancel or correct the order; however, if it is already in processing, you will need to follow the return policy.
Pre-Order Notice and Cancellation - By purchasing a pre-ordered item, you acknowledge that the pre-order does not guarantee you will receive the item on the day of release. We will ship the pre-ordered items as soon as possible but the nature of album releases and different shipping methods prevent us from guaranteeing a specific arrival date. A Pre-Order does guarantee you will receive a copy of the album, which we will reserve for you until we can ship out the order. As a result of placing these holds on merchandise for pre-orders, any cancellations of a pre-order before shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Orders with multiple items, including a pre-order, will be held until the pre-order is released and your order will be shipped together.
USB Wristband Pre-sale
Live USB Wristbands will include a live audio recording of the show purchased. Live Wristbands are subject to substitution of another live concert date from the selected tour in the event of technical issues. No refunds will be given for alternate shows given on the wristband.
Wristbands will be made available for pick up at the specified venue at the end of the concert at the Live Wristband Booth.
Gift Certificates
Sales of gift certificates are final. The e-mail address entered in "Recipient E-mail Address" category is sent a gift certificate code directly after payment is received and therefore cannot be canceled and refunded. Gift certificate codes can be entered in the "Coupon/Promotion Code" field of your shopping cart.
