process your orders rather quickly. If you find that you have made an
error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing or
calling us. If your order has not begun processing, we may be able to
correct it. However if your order is in processing and cannot be
stopped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. Please
note: the order notes section is for requests only; you cannot add or
change your order via the order notes section.
You may return an item within 60 days of the date of purchase for a partial refund. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return address below. All Access Today is not responsible for the cost of returning the item. No COD returns will be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened media products (CDs, DVDs, or videos). We also do not accept returns or exchanges on any wristband products due to copyright laws. Any return received after 60 days of purchase may be denied.
Include a copy of your original packing slip, with a description of the reason for return.

Customer
must enter coupon code when entering their order. You can enter the
coupon code when in your shopping cart below the subtotal. If a
customer fails to enter the coupon code when placing their order then
the customer service department can adjust it if they are notified by
customer prior to the order shipping. Once the order has shipped there
are no refunds for the cost difference from the regular price to the
sale price if the customer failed to enter the coupon code when placing
their order.
