If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. COD returns will not be accepted.

Convenient Returns

Making a return is simple. Follow the instructions below to ensure we continue providing the best possible service.

1. Please make a copy of your receipt and indicate which item(s) you are exchanging/returning. Include reason for return/exchange (i.e. wrong size, color, etc) and what item we should exchange with. Please include it with the items you are returning.

2. Send your package to us using the Contact Information listed below.

We’ll handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or customized media products (CDs, DVDs, USB Wristbands, or videos).

Refunds for returned packages marked undeliverable or unclaimed will be processed 60 days after the purchase date and will exclude shipping costs.

All Access Today is not responsible for the cost of returning any item. No COD returns will be accepted.

Easy Exchanges

Return merchandise using our easy and convenient return process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling our Customer Service center. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. All exchanges will be processed as USPS standard shipping at the current cost posted on our Web site. To request an alternate shipping method, please contact the Customer Service center.

Sales Promotions/Coupon Codes

Customer must enter coupon code when entering their order. You can enter the coupon code when in your shopping cart below the subtotal. If a customer fails to enter the coupon code when placing their order then the customer service department can adjust it if they are notified by customer prior to the order shipping. Once the order has shipped there are no refunds for the cost difference from the regular price to the sale price if the customer failed to enter the coupon code when placing their order.
